We developed a high-level definition curriculum for the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) training program; complete a desk review of the NIS and ECOWAS policy documents, manuals, guidelines and related documents for the alignment to project objectives.
We created a curriculum content for an offline software training application and a trainer’s guide for delivery methodology to implement effective teaching strategies and management techniques to improve the instructional skills of the Training Focal Persons (TFPs). We also facilitated the Training of Trainers (TOT) sessions for the NIS Training Focal Persons (TFPs) on the developed curriculum
